Where Can i get my booked Bikes ?
You can collect your bikes from our Rental Studio - Ladakh Bike Rental, Housing Coloney, Near Doordarshan Leh or contact our office Ladakh bike Rental Changspa opposite Hotel Zambala inn. For easy reach just contact on 9622978941.
It’s important to book before arrival?
Yes it’s important to book in advance since in the peak season it’s become little bit difficult for our customers to get the bike of their choice if it is not booked earlier, moreover if you are planning for a complete package tour you must book it in advance.
How to book the bike/tour package ?
For booking a bike/tour package you have to deposit 40 % of the total as advance deposit.
How about the balance amount ?
You have to pay your remaining 60% on first day of rental/tour.
How about security deposit ?
For security purpose we required one of your valid ID proof and an amount of iNR 5,000 in cash, which is refundable once the rental period is over.
Can we get a map from you?
Yes, you can get a map from us.
What things do you provide with bike?
Besides Bike we provide all the accessories like Carrier, helmets, Gloves, Cans (for extra fuel ) etc on nominal charges and a supporting vehicle for long tours.
Is it safe to ride a over there?
Regarding biking you have to follow some precautions while riding since the roads are full of surprises with sudden turns and mostly narrow and in the mountains, so one has to ride the bike with almost care by following the rules .
If in case got some problem with the bike on the way?
Mostly such kind of thing doesn’t happen with the bikes of Ladakh bike rental since we are the most reputed company in Leh with the perfectly maintained bikes and new bikes adding to our fleet every year but still if you got such kind of problem you have call us immediately and we are there to support you or you can leave the bike at the place and do inform us while you can reach to your hotel by taxi or by taking lift.
Can i get the bike in Manali or Srinagar ?
Yes you can get the Bikes in Srinagar or Manali but for that you have to pay an extra amount.
What is the rent timing?
Rental timing is from 8 am to 8 pm.
Do you guide us about the places in Leh?
Yes we can fully guide you and rent bikes while you were in Leh besides this we operate a complete tour packages on bikes in Ladakh including accommodation in hotels and tents (camps) with our own guide , cooks and helpers.
Minimum number of days for bike rental?
The minimum number of days for renting the bike should be 4 days.
How about the bikes condition ?
The bikes are in perfect conditions, well maintain by LBR proof mechanic and we’ll sale brand new bike on sooner booking basis.
When was the Ladakh Motorbiking season starts and ends ?
Ladakh motorcycle season starts from May till End of October.

Leh is connected to the major cities Like DeLhi, Jammu & Srinagar by Airways with all the major operators Like Air India ,Jet & Go Air Have their daily flights from Delhi whereas from Jammu & Srinagar they operate for two days in a week. And during Summer National Highways are also open both from Srinagar (April to November) and Manali(May to October) so one can also reach Leh by road.
Manali - Nearest airport falls in a city of Bunter (Kullu)which is about an hour drive from Manali and its connected with train also and the road remain open throughout the year for Manali and runs daily voivo bus from Delhi / Chandigarh.
Where I will meet the team.
Riders / Participants , will visit the said hotels / guest house, for Manali Leh tour and vice versa where our team member will welcome you , whereas in custom made tour and all other tours our representative will be there to receive you at the airport.In case of confusion on stations you can call us to 9622978941.
What is backup vehicle support ?
While touring in Himalayas without backup vehicle it could not be successful ,As backup plays an important role in carrying client luggages , Bike spae parts & extra fuel etc.
Unfortunately if I have to Leave the tour in between.
Yes you can Leave the tour in between in case of any emergency but from us there will be no refund in such cases.
Is network connectivity falls throughout the tour ?
Network connectivity will be in Manali , Keylong , Leh , Nubra , and Pangong (Lukung).
Can I travel in backup vehicle too ?
Yes you can comfortably travel in back up vehicle ,in case if you get sick, having pain or might little bit tired from riding.
Which document i have to carry?
You have to carry your driving Licence and a valid iD proof like voter id /Adhar card.
Is this tour safe in all round ?
Tour is totally safe for any one with fully backup vehicle support & team. Else you might stuck in the middle of nowhere.
Which kind of riding experience ?
Rider must have at least an experience of 2000 KMS ridden before
Health tips ?
Rider must be acclimatised for high altitude before tour and should be physically and mentally fit.
Which bike I will gone ride in this tour ?
You will ride Royal Enfieid 500cc standard
Atm availability ?
Atms are available only in Manali , Keylong and Leh
In case of road blockage due to land slide or huge water flow ?
in case of any road blockage due to some natural calamities which stuck our tour and stop us to go any further, So in case if there is any alternative route then we’ll follow that though we might have to cover more distance but it doesn’t matter , and if the blockage leave us with not a single option then tour leader will decide whether to stay or go back.

Can we use credit cards ?
No, only cash or account transfer is possible, Need 40% of the total amount in advance for book your tour & remaining 60% before departure.

Yes its necessary from safety point of view and its must comfortable in its own gears.
