Once you land at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport get welcomed by our representative, he will introduce you to your pilot throughout the adventurous tour. The chauffeur will later drop you at the pre booked resort.

Check in at the hotel & rest for few hours & you will gradually acclimatize to the climate.

Later in the evening if you are willing you can explore Leh Market, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.
Explore the borders at Sham Valley

Take a break at the world’s highest river rafting point Zanskar indulge in the activity to get the lifetime memories. Continue your day to explore world’s renowned Hall of Fame & collect the stories of Indo- Pak war & the martyrs.

Feel the magic at the Magnetic hill where your vehicles will slid uphill on the neutral gears.

Also, visit popular Rancho’s school (part of a Bollywood movie 3 Idiots), Druk Padma Karpo School. Later on return route to Leh, offer prayers & have langar at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib.

Wake up to witness the sunrise from the camp facing the scenic beauty with the view of the Shyok river on one side and the mountains on another side.

Have your breakfast & checkout to proceed to Leh City. The journey from Pangong Lake back to Leh takes you via Chang La, a mountain pass situated at an altitude of 17,590 feet (5360 meters). Also, visit the largest Tibetan monastery in Ladakh- Thiksey monastery housing several stupas, statues, and other Buddhist artifacts in its 12 story structure. Check in at the hotel in Leh. - Personal Expenses such as Laundry, Telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porter age.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Charges for room heater.
- Cost for Insurance.
- Anything which is not included in the inclusion

Cancellation Policy
- The deal is valid for travel till 31 March 2025
- Rates are not applicable for blackout dates (20 December 2024- 05 January 2025)
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the travel date, 9% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15 to 30 days before the travel date, 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 0 and 15 days before the travel date, 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Per the service provider's policy, specific services, such as flight tickets, permits, and visa fees, are non-refundable once booked.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the trip are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Amendments and Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the trip may be charged according to the hotel's policies, transport vendor, Aviation career, or Embassy.
- Refunds or adjustments will not be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

Refund Policy
- Refunds on Cancellation: Refunds for cancellations are processed according to the company's cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on how early the cancellation is processed before the trip departure.
- Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as flight tickets, permits, and non-refundable hotel bookings, are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the cancellation chronology.
- Procedure Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-9 business days after the request is approved, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
- Partially Refundable: If a booking has multiple services, and some services are used while others are cancelled, if eligible, refunds will apply to the unused services.
- Force Majeure: No refund will be processed in unexpected circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. The company will try to provide alternatives but cannot guarantee monetary refunds.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of departure are subject to higher deductions or may be non-refundable, depending on the service provider's terms.
- Changes to Itinerary: If an itinerary is altered due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds for missed services may not be applicable. Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.
- No-Show Policy: Refunds are not provided for no-shows or failure to join a tour or activity as scheduled.
- Manner of Refund: Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as specified during the refund request. In some cases, credit notes for future bookings may be offered.
- Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Requests made after the travel dates may not be entertained.
- Service Fees: Administrative fees or service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services like airlines, cruises, or outsourced activities are subject to the terms of the respective providers.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per the company's terms and conditions and governing law.

Confirmation Policy
- An advance deposit is required to confirm bookings, which are confirmed upon receipt and acknowledgment by the company.
- Balance payments must be completed within the specified timeline to avoid cancellation.
- Changes or alterations after booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Relevant documents must be submitted before service confirmation.
- Full payment is required for last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability, similar alternatives or refunds will be offered.
- A detailed travel voucher will be provided after confirmation.
- A full refund or alternative will be arranged if the company cancels the package.
