• A booking amount of ₹7,000 is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least one week prior to the trip. You will receive an email from info@mytourplans.com with payment links inside it.
• Once the payment is done you will get an email confirmation from My Tour Plans.

• The token amount is not refundable.
• If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 0 to 7 days before the date of travel then 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Certain services such as flight tickets, permits, and visa fees are nonrefundable once booked, as per the service provider’s policy.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the trip are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Amendments and Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the trip may be charged as per the policies of hotels/ transport vendor/ Aviation career/ Embassy.
• Refunds or adjustments will not be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

• Booking Confirmation: A Booking/reservation is considered guaranteed only upon receipt of the needed deposit and issuance of a confirmation email or voucher. Any further services or modifications ordered after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur extra costs.
• Pricing Policy: The prices mentioned at the time of booking are based on present business rates, taxes, and fuel surcharges. The company reserves the right to amend prices in case of meaningful changes in these factors. However, once a booking is approved, prices are sealed unless precisely commented otherwise.
• Payment Terms: The amount must be paid as per the deadlines given in the confirmation. Negligence to complete amounts on time may result in the revocation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges. Payment methods will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation proposals must be created in writing and are subject to the terms of the company’s cancellation guidelines. Reimbursements will be processed based on the time of cancellation and are subject to deductions for non-refundable components such as flights, permits, and certain hotel bookings. No refunds are provided for new services during the journey.
• Travel Insurance: Tourists are strongly recommended to buy travel insurance protecting trip cancellations, medical troubles, lost baggage, and unexpected disruptions. The company will not be liable for any casualties not protected by insurance.
• Documentation: It is the traveller's only duty to ensure they have all necessary documentation, including valid passports, visas, permits, and identification. The company does not accept penalties for delays, missed departures, or additional expenses originating from incomplete or wrong documentation.
• Itinerary Changes: The company holds the right to modify itineraries or cancel activities due to unexpected possibilities, such as climate conditions, natural tragedies, or functional challenges. Alternative arrangements of similar value will be nourished where feasible.
• Force Majeure: In cases of possibilities outside the company’s control, including but not restricted to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or conveyance strikes, the company will make every effort to provide options. Still, it cannot ensure reimbursements or rescheduled travels.
• Liability Limitations: The company serves as a mediator between clients and service providers, such as airlines, lodgings, and transportation companies. It is not liable for harms, damages, holds, or failures caused by these third parties.
• Behavior and Conduct: Travellers are foreseen to work themselves respectfully and adhere to local laws and customs. Any disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in discarding the tour without a refund or compensation.
• Complaints and Grievances: Any problems or complaints should be reported immediately to the tour companion or service provider to allow for fast resolution. Objections filed after trip completion must be submitted within 7 days and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Privacy and Data Use: Individual details provided during booking are used solely for travel agreements and contact. The company will not share personal details with third parties without permission, but where required for the fulfilment of services.
• Travelers’ Responsibility: The traveller has to verify all details of their itinerary, including dates, times, and services, prior to departure. Travellers must reach on time for all activities and transfers, as delays may result in skipped services for which the company is not responsible.
• Health and Fitness: Travellers must confirm they are physically suitable for the activities included in their itinerary. Any medical requirements or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the inability to participate in specific activities without a reimbursement.
• Special Requests: While the company will try to accommodate special requests such as dietary choices, room types, or specific activities, these are subject to availability and cannot be assured.
• Unused Services: No repayments or credits will be given for unused services, including forgotten activities, meals, or transportation, due to late arrivals or individual preferences.
• Additional Costs: Any extra costs incurred during the trip, such as optional tours, personal expenses, or upgrades, will be borne by the traveller and must be paid instantly to the service provider.
• Group Bookings: Travellers booking on behalf of a group are responsible for ensuring all participants are informed of and agree to the terms and conditions. The group leader will act as the direct point of contact for all contacts.
• Activities and Risks: Some activities included in itineraries may involve inherent risks. Visitors participate in such activities of their choice and must adhere to all safety instructions provided by guides or operators.
• Arrival and Departure Transfers: Transfers to and from airports, train stations, or other departure points are based on the traveller's arrival and departure times. Modifications to plans must be conveyed in advance, and extra charges may apply.
• Legal Jurisdiction: Any conflicts arising from bookings or services will be settled under the jurisdiction of the company’s operating country, as per its governing laws.
• Terms Acceptance: By confirming a booking, travellers recognise and accept all terms and conditions said herein.
• Promotional Offers: Deals, offers, or packages provided are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly commented on.
• Force Majeure Travel Adjustments: In cases of unavoidable travel troubles, efforts will be made to provide alternative dates or destinations. However, administrative fees may apply for differences.
• Customer Communication: The company will share updates and changes through the email or phone number given during booking. Visitors must confirm contact details are valid and up to date.
• Flexibility and Cooperation: Travel involves unpredictability, and flexibility is key. The company requests travellers' understanding and cooperation in the event of modifications or unexpected challenges.
