Upon your arrival in Srinagar, our representative or driver will warmly welcome you. You will then be accompanied to your hotel for a smooth check-in process. After freshening up, you will visit the enchanting Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, Chesham Shahi, Shalimar Bagh, and the Chashmashahi Garden. The tour also includes a visit to the Hazratbal Shrine, located on the serene banks of Dal Lake, and the revered Shankaracharya Temple. After exploring drive back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After a hearty breakfast, we begin Day 2 with a scenic drive to Sonamarg. Along the way, you'll pass through picturesque countryside with snow-capped mountains, lush green forests, rolling hills, crystal-clear streams, and expansive rice fields. You'll also drive past Kangan town, a bustling local market, and Marmar, famous for its trout fields. In Sonamarg, you can enjoy a 3-hour walk, a cab ride, or even a horseback ride to the Thajiwas Glacier, a stunning spot known for its breathtaking meadows and natural beauty.
After exploring Sonamarg, we’ll drive back to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay

On Day 3, start your day early and get ready for an exciting trip to Gulmarg, famously known as the "Meadow of Flowers." Upon reaching Gulmarg, you can enjoy the world-renowned Gondola Ride, the highest cable car ride in the world. The ride has two phases, with the second phase taking you up to an incredible altitude of 14,000 feet above sea level. Additionally, depending on the snow's availability, you can try a pony ride or a sledge ride (these activities are on a direct payment basis).
After a day filled with adventure and scenic beauty, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

Start your day with an early breakfast and get ready for a scenic road trip to Pahalgam. Make sure your luggage is packed for the journey. Your first stop will be Betaab Valley, a stunning location known for its natural beauty and as a popular shooting spot for Bollywood movies. Take some lovely family pictures to capture the moment. Next, visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the famous Amarnath Yatra. Here, you can also enjoy snow sledding on a snow bridge, adding a fun touch to your day. After exploring Chandanwari, return to Srinagar and check into a houseboat. Spend the rest of your day relaxing and soaking in the serene beauty of Dal Lake with your loved ones. In the evening, sip on a cup of the famous Kashmiri kahwa tea while watching a breathtaking sunset over Dal Lake. Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night on the cozy houseboat in Srinagar.

This morning, after enjoying your breakfast, check out from the hotel at 10:00 AM. You'll then depart for home, taking along wonderful memories and souvenirs from your trip.
Refunds on Cancellation: Refunds for cancellations are processed based on the company's cancellation policy. Refund amounts wholely depend on how early the cancellation is processed before the trip departure.
Non-Refundable Services: Some services like flight tickets, permits, and non-refundable hotel bookings are not eligible for refunds regardless of the cancellation chronology.
Procedure Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-9 business days after the request is approved, also subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
Partially Refundable: If a booking has multiple services, and some services are used while others are canceled, refunds will be applicable to the unused services, if eligible.
Force Majeure: No refund will be processed in case of unexpected circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. The company will make efforts to provide alternatives but cannot guarantee monetary refunds.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of departure are subject to higher deductions or may be non-refundable, depending on the service provider's terms.
Changes to Itinerary: If an itinerary is altered due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds for missed services may not be applicable. Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.
No-Show Policy: Refunds are not provided for no-shows or failure to join a tour or activity as scheduled.
Manner of Refund: Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as specified during the refund request. In some cases, credit notes for future bookings may be offered.
Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Requests made after the travel dates may not be entertained.
Service Fees: Administrative fees or service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services like airlines, cruises, or outsourced activities are subject to the terms of the respective providers.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per the company’s terms and conditions and governing law.
