Welcome to Dubai! Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport, our friendly representative will greet you, assist with luggage, and escort you to your air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a comfortable ride with city views to your hotel, where a smooth check-in process awaits, ensuring a wonderful start to your adventure.

Today, you can wake up late and relax until the evening. Or you can head out for some fun at Aura Skypool. Kite Beach and Dolphin Bay. In the evening, dress up well for a transfer to the Dubai harbor, where you'll embark on a Marina Dhow Cruise. As you sail on the waters enjoy a 3-course buffet and live shows on board along with the cultural performances including the traditional dance show. Afterwards, disembark the cruise at the harbour and get transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay

The tour guide will start with instructions about the day’s itinerary and offer detailed information about the city’s main landmarks as you pass along the route. The tour will proceed to the famous Burj Khalifa, the tallest man-made structure in the world. You will take the “At the Top” tour to experience the tower’s modern architectural beauty and head to the observation deck 124 floors above to take in the spectacular 360-degree aerial view of the city (In Non prime hours), desert, and ocean below. Enjoy the fountain show when the colorful and illuminated fountain jets sway to a variety of melodies, leaving you spellbound

Cancellation Policy
- The deal is valid for travel till 31 March 2025
- Rates are not applicable for blackout dates (20th Dec 2024- 05th Jan 2025)
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then 9% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Certain services such as flight tickets, permits, and visa fees are non-refundable once booked, as per the service provider’s policy.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the trip are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Amendments and Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the trip may be charged as per the policies of hotels / transport vendor / Aviation career / Embassy.
- Refunds or adjustments will not be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

Confirmation Policy
- An advance deposit is required to confirm bookings, which are confirmed upon receipt and acknowledgement by the company.
- Balance payments are subject to be completed within the specified timeline to avoid cancellation.
- Changes or alterations after booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Relevant documents must be submitted before service confirmation.
- Full payment is required for last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability, similar alternatives or refunds will be offered.
- A detailed travel voucher will be provided after confirmation.
- A full refund or alternative will be arranged if the company cancels the package.

Refund Policy
- Refunds on Cancellation: Refunds for cancellations are processed based on the company's cancellation policy. Refund amounts wholely depend on how early the cancellation is processed before the trip departure.
- Non-Refundable Services: Some services like flight tickets, permits, and non-refundable hotel bookings are not eligible for refunds regardless of the cancellation chronology.
- Procedure Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-9 business days after the request is approved, also subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
- Partially Refundable: If a booking has multiple services, and some services are used while others are canceled, refunds will be applicable to the unused services, if eligible.
- Force Majeure: No refund will be processed in case of unexpected circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. The company will make efforts to provide alternatives but cannot guarantee monetary refunds.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of departure are subject to higher deductions or may be non-refundable, depending on the service provider's terms.
- Changes to Itinerary: If an itinerary is altered due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds for missed services may not be applicable. Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.
- No-Show Policy: Refunds are not provided for no-shows or failure to join a tour or activity as scheduled.
- Manner of Refund: Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as specified during the refund request. In some cases, credit notes for future bookings may be offered.
- Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Requests made after the travel dates may not be entertained.
- Service Fees: Administrative fees or service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services like airlines, cruises, or outsourced activities are subject to the terms of the respective providers.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per the company’s terms and conditions and governing law.
