Gondola Ride Overview
The Gulmarg Gondola operates in two phases, taking you from lush valleys to snowy peaks:
Phase 1: Gulmarg to Kongdoori
- Altitude: 2,650 m to 3,050 m
- Duration: ~9 minutes
- Scenery: Pine forests, meadows, and panoramic valley views
Phase 2: Kongdoori to Apharwat Peak
- Altitude: 3,050 m to ~3,950 m
- Duration: ~12 minutes
- Scenery: Snow-clad slopes, Himalayan peaks, and pristine white landscapes
Optional Add-on: Chairlift Ride
- Use: Mainly for skiers and snowboarders
- Scenery: Excellent snow terrain, alpine slopes

- Frequency: Every 30 minutes
- Trip Limit: Roughly 24 trips/day
