On your arrival at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, meet our representative who will be briefing on the outlook of the tour & will also introduce the Pilot for the trip. Proceed to the booked hotel, check in & acclimatize to the climate.

Later in the evening if you are comfortable you can take a tour of the Leh Market, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa. Indulge yourself at the pre booked dinner in the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
Day excursion to Sham Valley

Have the lip smacking breakfast at the hotel & proceed for Sham Valley. Indulge in the adventurous river rafting at the world’s highest river rafting point Zanskar.

Pay your tribute at world’s renowned Hall of Fame & collect the stories of Indo- Pak war & the martyrs. Roam at the hill where Law of Gravity defies, slide uphill on neutral gear at Magnetic Hills.

Later on return route to Leh, offer prayers & have langar at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib.

Transfer to Nubra via Khardungla Pass

Known as the gateway to the Shyok and Nubra valleys, the Khardung-La pass is the world's highest all-season motorable road. As you descend from Khardung-la, experience the white sand dunes in Nubra and enjoy a ride of the double-humped camel, exclusively found in Ladakh. Check in at the camp. Later enjoy camping the bonfire under the sky full of stars. Overnight stay in Nubra.
From Nubra transfer to Pangong Tso

Have your breakfast early & proceed for a long drive to Kargil. Enroute visit the famous & one of the oldest monasteries of India situated on the Leh- Srinagar highway- Lamayuru or Yuru Monastery.

Stop at Basgo Palace that comprises a dark red base and sky-high temples on the steep trails. Also visit the Giant Buddha at Mulbek. Continue your drive to Kargil. Check in at the hotel. In the evening enjoy your dinner around the bonfire.

Also, The Nishat Bagh meaning the garden of pleasure and The Shalimar Bagh which means Abode of love.

In the evening hop around the local market of Srinagar where you can a look around the Kashmiri handicrafts & taste the delicacies of Kashmir.

Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
- The deal is valid for travel till 31 March 2025
- Rates are not applicable for blackout dates (20 December 2024- 05 January 2025)
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the travel date, 9% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15 to 30 days before the travel date, 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made between 0 and 15 days before the travel date, 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Per the service provider's policy, specific services, such as flight tickets, permits, and visa fees, are non-refundable once booked.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the trip are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Amendments and Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the trip may be charged according to the hotel's policies, transport vendor, Aviation career, or Embassy.
- Refunds or adjustments will not be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

Refund Policy
- Refunds on Cancellation: Refunds for cancellations are processed according to the company's cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on how early the cancellation is processed before the trip departure.
- Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as flight tickets, permits, and non-refundable hotel bookings, are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the cancellation chronology.
- Procedure Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-9 business days after the request is approved, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
- Partially Refundable: If a booking has multiple services, and some services are used while others are cancelled, if eligible, refunds will apply to the unused services.
- Force Majeure: No refund will be processed in unexpected circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. The company will try to provide alternatives but cannot guarantee monetary refunds.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of departure are subject to higher deductions or may be non-refundable, depending on the service provider's terms.
- Changes to Itinerary: If an itinerary is altered due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds for missed services may not be applicable. Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.
- No-Show Policy: Refunds are not provided for no-shows or failure to join a tour or activity as scheduled.
- Manner of Refund: Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as specified during the refund request. In some cases, credit notes for future bookings may be offered.
- Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Requests made after the travel dates may not be entertained.
- Service Fees: Administrative fees or service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services like airlines, cruises, or outsourced activities are subject to the terms of the respective providers.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per the company's terms and conditions and governing law.

Confirmation Policy
- An advance deposit is required to confirm bookings, which are confirmed upon receipt and acknowledgment by the company.
- Balance payments must be completed within the specified timeline to avoid cancellation.
- Changes or alterations after booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Relevant documents must be submitted before service confirmation.
- Full payment is required for last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability, similar alternatives or refunds will be offered.
- A detailed travel voucher will be provided after confirmation.
- A full refund or alternative will be arranged if the company cancels the package.
