Package Itinerary

Delhi to Nainital (Distance covered 310 kms/ 08 hours)

Day 1

Your amazing trip to Nainital, Kausani & Ranikhet starts from Delhi. Meet the chauffeur who will get you transferred to Nainital. While enroute feast you eyes with some eye-catching views of valleys along with Naini lake. Check in at the pre booked hotel. Later if the time permits explore the famous Naina Devi Temple, one of the shakti-peeths, where eyes of Goddess sati has fallen after her self- immolation. Evening hop around Mall Road. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Nainital.
Excursion to Bhimtal, Sattal and Naukuchiyatal

Day 2

Have a lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel & then get ready to embark on an excursion to three beautiful lake of South of Nainital- Bhimtal, Sattal & Naukuchiyatal. Enjoy the boat ride at Naukuchiatal, which is a bigger lake than Naini lake. Also, visit Bhimtal Lake where you can indulge in various water adventure activities like kayaking and water-zorbing. Later in the day visit exploring the beauty of nature at Sattal, you can head back to Nainital. Overnight stay in Nainital.
Nainital – Kausani via Almora

Day 3

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel & transfer to Kausani. Enroute visit sightseeing of Almora like: Deer Park, Kasar Devi Temple, Chitai Temple, Bright end Corner.

Continue for Himlayan Darshan at Kausani. Check in at the hotel. Later in the day to a hindu religious temple- Baijnath temple. Evening enjoy the sunset from the hotel. Overnight stay in Kausani.
Transfer to Ranikhet

Day 4

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel & transfer to city of bell adorns – Ranikhet. Enroute stopover for a lunch break at local dhaba. Enroute visit Chaubatia Gardens, Binsar Mahadev & Jhula devi temple. Later check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Ranikhet.
Departure to Delhi

Day 5

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel & transfer to Delhi. Take a 300 kms drive back to Delhi. The driver will drop you at the railway station/airport for onward journey.

- 01 night stay each in Ranikhet & Kausani as per the category chosen.
- 04 breakfasts& 04 dinners at the hotel booked.
- All sightseeing & transfers as per sightseeing mentioned above by private car.
- Toll taxes, parking, fuel charges & driver allowances.
- All applicable taxes.

Exclusions
- Air Fare / Train fare.
- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porter age.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Charges for room heater.
- Cost for Insurance.
- Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment Terms Policy
- 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
