Day Trip to Sonmarg

- Post a sumptuous breakfast, and we start our day 2 with a drive towards Sonamarg.
- On the way to Sonamarg valey, you can enjoy watching the picturesque countryside the snow-clad mountains, the green forests, the rolling hills, crystal clear streams of water and the vast rice fields.
- You will drive past Kangan town which is the local market for the residents, and Marmar which is known for its trout field.
- We take a 3-hour walk or cab/horseback ride in Sonamarg to the Thajiwas glacier, a significant attraction in Sonamarg for its beautiful meadows.
- Drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay and dinner.
Transfer to Gulmarg & Stay

- Post a sumptuous breakfast, and we start our day with a drive towards Gulmarg - the ‘Meadow of Flowers'.
- This drive will take you past the growing rice fields and vibrant villages of the Kashmir Valley.
- We arrive at Tangmarg, a colorful market town, and then proceed towards Gulmarg.
- We can opt for a Gondola cable car (at your cost) wherein the ropeway will offer you stunning views of the mountain ranges nearby on its way from the Shepherd Huntsmen to the lower ridge of the Afarwat peak.
- Overnight stay at Gulmarg Hotel.
Gulmarg to Pahalgam & Stay

- Today, you will be making a trip to Pahalgam. So, have an early breakfast, keep your luggage packed and be ready for a beautiful road trip to Pahalgam.
- Your first destination of the day is Betaab Valley. Like Baltal Valley in Sonamarg, this valley is also famous as a shooting location for many Bolywood movies.
- You can click some adorable pictures here with your family.
- The next sightseeing tour for the day wi l be Chandanwari.
- It is the starting point of the renowned Amarnath Yatra. You can also enjoy snow sledging on a snow bridge here.
- After spending time at Chandanwari, return to your hotel for a good night’s sleep and delicious dinner.
Pahalgam to Srinagar & Houseboat Stay

Srinagar Houseboat
- After breakfast checkout from the hotel then you wi l be transferred to Sringar . After check-in in you will go to Srinagar for local sightseeing.
- After make a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Built over 14 years ago, the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. With a backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan mountains, the gardens boast green turfs, blooming flowers, and cascading water fountains
- We will explore the gardens and later will proceed to check in in the Houseboat and enjoy your Rest day by relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Dal Lake with your loved ones.
- In the evening have the famous kawa and watch the beautiful sunset from Dal Lake.
- Have dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar Houseboat.

Payment Policy
- 100% - Flight bookings (if any)
- 40% of package cost - As advance
- 40% of package cost - After hotel confirmation vouchers
- 20% of package cost - 07 days before the trip date

Cancellation Policy
- The deal is valid for travel till 31 March 2025
- Rates are not applicable for blackout dates (20th Dec 2024- 05th Jan 2025)
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then 9% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Certain services such as flight tickets, permits, and visa fees are non-refundable once booked, as per the service provider’s policy.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the trip are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Amendments and Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the trip may be charged as per the policies of hotels / transport vendor / Aviation career / Embassy.
- Refunds or adjustments will not be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

Confirmation Policy
- An advance deposit is required to confirm bookings, which are confirmed upon receipt and acknowledgement by the company.
- Balance payments are subject to be completed within the specified timeline to avoid cancellation.
- Changes or alterations after booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Relevant documents must be submitted before service confirmation.
- Full payment is required for last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability, similar alternatives or refunds will be offered.
- A detailed travel voucher will be provided after confirmation.
- A full refund or alternative will be arranged if the company cancels the package.

Refund Policy
- Refunds on Cancellation: Refunds for cancellations are processed based on the company's cancellation policy. Refund amounts wholely depend on how early the cancellation is processed before the trip departure.
- Non-Refundable Services: Some services like flight tickets, permits, and non-refundable hotel bookings are not eligible for refunds regardless of the cancellation chronology.
- Procedure Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-9 business days after the request is approved, also subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
- Partially Refundable: If a booking has multiple services, and some services are used while others are canceled, refunds will be applicable to the unused services, if eligible.
- Force Majeure: No refund will be processed in case of unexpected circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. The company will make efforts to provide alternatives but cannot guarantee monetary refunds.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of departure are subject to higher deductions or may be non-refundable, depending on the service provider's terms.
- Changes to Itinerary: If an itinerary is altered due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds for missed services may not be applicable. Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.
- No-Show Policy: Refunds are not provided for no-shows or failure to join a tour or activity as scheduled.
- Manner of Refund: Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as specified during the refund request. In some cases, credit notes for future bookings may be offered.
- Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Requests made after the travel dates may not be entertained.
- Service Fees: Administrative fees or service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services like airlines, cruises, or outsourced activities are subject to the terms of the respective providers.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per the company’s terms and conditions and governing law.
